Laurie Draper
Laurie is the owner and founder of Elevation Therapy. She is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist through the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and nationally certified through the American Speech Hearing Association. She has completed training as an Orofacial Myologist through Neo-Health Services. Laurie received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA. Laurie has over a decade of experience in a wide variety of settings including pediatric outpatient, adult inpatient rehabilitation facility, skilled nursing facility, and school-based setting.

Laurie has been awarded 2017 Hometown Healthcare Hero-Best Speech Therapist in Cenla and ACE Award from the American Speech Hearing Association.
Laurie is a native of Pineville, Louisiana, where she and her family currently reside. She is married to Dylon and they have a son, Ezra. Laurie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, iced coffee and working out.

Speech-Language Pathologist
Morgan Burks
Morgan is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to helping individuals develop the communication and swallowing skills needed to thrive in their daily lives. She received both her Bachelor’s and Master's degrees at the University of Louisiana at Monroe in Monroe, LA.
Morgan is licensed through the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (LBESPA) and nationally certified from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Morgan has spent her 3 1/2 years of clinical practice in a pediatric outpatient setting. Her professional interests include early language development, speech sound disorders, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and swallowing disorders. Morgan is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based care and partnering with families to help clients achieve meaningful communication outcomes. She has certifications in:

In recognition of her commitment to continuing education and professional growth, Morgan received the ACE Award by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Morgan is a native of Alexandria, LA. She currently resides in Pineville, LA with her significant other, Cedric, and their three boys, Xade, Jayden, and Lennox. Morgan enjoys cooking, shopping, and spending quality time with her family. She especially loves cheering on her boys and staying involved in their busy sports schedules.

Speech-Language Pathologist
Lydia LeJeune
Lydia is a provisionally licensed Speech-Language Pathologist through the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She has clinical experience in school-based and adult inpatient rehabilitation facilities. Her additional trainings and certifications include:

· The Life Participation Approach to Aphasia Knowledge Certificate, Aphasia Access
· Certified Rater for the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA)

Lydia is a native of Oakdale, Louisiana. She enjoys teaching Sunday School, spending time with family, friends, and dogs, reading, playing piano, swimming, and cooking.
